What is a Spinal Blockage?

Spinal blockages are a bit like static interference for our master controller – the spine and nervous system – which can block the flow of our body’s ability to heal itself. It is where the vertibrae in our spine becomes stuck/stiff and no longer moves. All of our 33 vertebrae should move independently.

Spinal blockages are caused by physical, chemical and emotional stressors we have accumulated within our body over time, forming layers of blockages that manifest into symptoms of pain, dis-ease and emotional stress.

Examples of Stress Symptoms:
Physical Stress - Affects of Sitting or Standing for long durations, Manual Handling, Sport Injuries, Pre & Post Child Birth, accidents.

Chemical Stress – Affects of Medication, Recreational Drugs, Smoking, Alcohol, Deodorants, Cosmetics, Cleaning Products, Processed Foods, environmental polution, viral & bacteria infections.

Emotional Stress – Affects of feeling Sad, Low Self Esteem, Abused, Bullying, Depressed, Anxiety, PTSD, Irritable, Angry, Scared, Guilt, Sense of Loss, feeling not worthy etc

It is important to recognise that pain is like a warning signal from the body. A signal to take action and make sence of what your body is telling you and to do something before the pain turns into serious illness and dis-ease.
