Welcome!
Hello, I’m Krystal.
I’m the founder and face behind Innerhealth Healing.
I grew up in New Zealand in a spiritual and holistic family, where caring for the body, having a positive mindset and speaking your truth were simply part of life.
From a young age, I was highly intuitive. I could feel energy deeply, sense things I couldn't logically explain and often had a strong inner knowing about people, situations and what was happening beneath the surface.
At the time, I didn't have language for it. I just knew I experienced the world differently.
That intuitive connection has remained with me throughout my life and has become an important part of the way I work today.

Throughout my life, I've experienced both incredible milestones and deeply challenging seasons — mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Those experiences repeatedly redirected my path and pushed me to search deeper. I wanted to know why. Why we develop certain patterns. Why the body responds the way it does. Why some experiences continue affecting us long after they're over — and what actually allows things to change.
That search led me inward.
Over the years, I explored many different approaches to healing, personal development, spirituality and the mind-body connection. Initially, much of that exploration was about helping myself — reconnecting with my health, understanding my experiences and finding my way back to the person underneath everything life had layered on top.
Along the way, something became very clear to me:
The mind, body, emotions and energy aren't separate conversations. They continually influence one another.
My own experiences became part of my education. They led me toward the work I do today and gave me a deep respect for the intelligence of the body and our capacity for change.
I don't see the difficult parts of my story as separate from who I am today.
They helped shape the practitioner I became

For a long time, I knew I wanted to help people create meaningful change, yet I felt there had to be another way of working with what people had been through.
I was particularly drawn to finding an approach that didn't require someone to repeatedly talk about, analyse or relive painful experiences in order to move forward.
I knew some experiences could be incredibly difficult to put into words. Sometimes people aren't ready to talk about what has happened, and sometimes they don't consciously know where a pattern, reaction or feeling began.
That became a big part of my search.
I wanted to find a way of working with the body itself.
A way that respected someone's story without requiring them to tell me every detail of it. Something gentle that recognised our experiences can influence far more than our conscious thoughts — they can show up in how we respond, what we believe, how we protect ourselves and even how we hold ourselves physically.
That search eventually led me to Spinal Flow.
After experiencing significant relief from my own first session, I knew I wanted to learn more. It reflected so much of what I had been searching for — an approach that worked with the body gently, without requiring someone to verbally revisit everything they had experienced.
Spinal Flow became the doorway into a much deeper exploration of healing and human change.
From there, my curiosity continued to grow.
I was led to explore and train in Spinal Energetics, NLP, quantum and energy-based healing approaches, somatic and mind-body work, alongside continuing to deepen the intuitive abilities that have been with me since childhood.
Each approach gave me another piece of the puzzle.
Body-based work showed me the importance of listening to what the body is communicating. NLP expanded the way I work with thoughts, language, beliefs and unconscious patterns. Energetic and intuitive work allowed me to explore another layer of what may be influencing someone's experience.
And the more I learned, the clearer something became:
I wasn't meant to work through one modality alone.
Innerhealth Healing evolved into an integration of everything I had experienced, studied and discovered — allowing me to look at the person in front of me through multiple lenses rather than trying to fit everyone into the same method.
Today, I work across the spine, mind, body, emotions, beliefs and energy, choosing and integrating approaches according to the person and what we're working towards together.
Sometimes the body is where we begin. Sometimes it's a belief, an emotional pattern, a behaviour or something a person hasn't yet been able to make sense of.
A WHOLE-PERSON APPROACH
My work is about looking at the whole person and exploring what may be happening beneath the surface — without requiring you to relive your story in order to begin creating change.
Sometimes the body is where we begin. Sometimes it’s a belief, an emotional pattern, a behaviour, or something you haven’t yet been able to make sense of.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach — because there is no one-size-fits-all person.
Ready to explore what may be happening beneath the surface?
You don’t need to know exactly where to begin. We can start with what you’re experiencing now and explore the approach that feels right for you.
My Mission
To help people move beyond the patterns, beliefs and experiences that keep them disconnected from themselves — and create meaningful change across the mind, body and energy.
I believe we carry more than what is happening in the present moment. Our experiences, learned behaviours, family patterns and the beliefs we inherit can influence the way we think, feel, respond, relate and even the way we experience our bodies.
My work is about helping bring those patterns into awareness and creating space for something different.
Not to become someone new — to reconnect with more of who you already are.
-
For generations, many men were taught that strength meant suppressing emotion — to stay tough, keep going and not show vulnerability. Many women, across cultures and generations, were taught to silence their voice, put their own needs aside or make themselves smaller.
I believe these messages don't simply disappear. They can become beliefs, behaviours and relationship patterns that continue through families and generations — often without us consciously recognising them.
This is one of the reasons this work matters so deeply to me.
I want to see men feel safe enough to experience and express emotion without believing it makes them weak. I want to see women feel safe enough to use their voice, honour themselves and stand confidently in who they are.
And ultimately, I want this for every person — the freedom to question what they've inherited, release what no longer serves them and choose how they want to live moving forward
-
There isn't one part of us that exists in isolation.
The way we think can influence the way we feel.
The way we feel can influence the way we hold ourselves.
Our experiences can shape our beliefs, behaviours and relationships. This is why my approach works across the spine, mind, body and energy rather than focusing on one piece alone.
Through body-based work, coaching, NLP, belief work and energy-based approaches, I help clients explore what may be sitting beneath the patterns they're experiencing and support them in creating change from there.
Awareness creates choice. And when we have choice, we can begin responding differently rather than continually repeating what we've known.
-
I know change is possible.
I know the body carries an intelligence far deeper than we often give it credit for.
I know the patterns we learn, inherit and develop through our experiences do not have to become the patterns we live for the rest of our lives.
I know that when we become aware of what is happening beneath the surface, we create the opportunity to choose differently.
And I know this work isn't about becoming a better or more perfect version of yourself.
It's about coming back into connection with yourself — your body, your truth, your voice and the freedom to live your life in a way that feels like your own.

I become what I might be.”
