- These 30 min healing session’s are purely focusing on releasing stress from the nervous system and body. You will come in and lay straight onto the table and we will get to work.

- There will be NO time to discuss much in this session so please book the 1 hour if you would like extra support and guidance through your current physical/mental integrations.

1 X FREE reassessment session after your 12th Spinal Flow Session

• Re-assess the Spine, Posture and Gateways and discuss the changes and offer additional support on where you are at now and where you want to be.
